Nigeria Police Says To Boost Security At Embassies, Foreign Businesses Following Xenophobic Attack

South African grocer Shoprite Holdings said on Wednesday several stores in its home market, Nigeria and Zambia were closed and extensive damage had been done to several supermarkets over the past 24 hours.

Also, police plan to boost security at embassies and foreign businesses in the country in the wake of violence targeted at South African-owned companies, the police said on Wednesday.
