Seriously?, on a day when the whole football community joins together to pray for #EmilianoSala and all you can do is celebrate escaping a jail term by paying a £16.6m fine…….you’re the fraud, show some respect for god’s sake 🙏 #Emiliano, a fan wrote.
Portugal and Juventus football star Cristiano Ronaldo has been slammed for the airplane photo he posted on Tuesday, January 22, which was the day Emiliano Sala went missing.
Cardiff City record signing Sala and a pilot were on a small plane travelling from Nantes to Wales on Monday evening, January 21, when the aircraft disappeared off radar in the English Channel.
And as the search for the missing plane was suspended in which the whole football fraternity was thrown into deep shock and panic, Ronaldo posted a nice photo of himself inside his private jet.

His photo was condemned by many social media users while some were of the thoughts that the former Real Madrid star might not have heard or read about the missing plane.
Former England international Gary Lineker who is now a football pundit led the attack on Cristiano Ronaldo for his post.
Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo was on his way back from Madrid where he was sentenced for tax fraud before he posted the photo of himself inside his jet.
The timing of this is incredibly poor, and you’ve got to wonder what exactly he’s thinking here. Another soccer player just, Emiliano Sala, is feared to have died in a plane crash yesterday.
Not sure how much more out of touch Cristiano Ronaldo can get than this. . . https://t.co/OxrO1m6xmd

Not the day for this tweet. It really isn’t. https://t.co/61y6cgEzm0

He probably has no clue whatsoever who Emiliano Sala is and what has happened. Cristiano lives in his own bubble. But taking a selfie on his private plane just goes to show how over paid this man is..

This has ended the Ronaldo vs Messi debate. This prick decides to post a picture of himself on a plane while Emiliano Sala is feared dead after a plane crash. He has no class. Messi has class on and off the pitch https://t.co/a0Es1d38Aj

Sala signed for Cardiff City from FC Nantes on Saturday, January 19, and was on his way to bolster Neil Warnocks squad in England’s topflight when the plane was reported missing.
